Cela étant dit, les Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (« CG ») constituent un ensemble de conditions juridiquement contraignantes définies par vous, en tant que propriétaire de ce site web. Les CG définissent le cadre légal régissant les activités des visiteurs du site, ou vos clients, lorsqu'ils consultent ou interagissent avec ce site. Elles ont pour but d'établir la relation juridique entre les visiteurs du site et vous, en tant que propriétaire du site.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - Placing a order - Online
1.1 The Website displays products with relevant information that can be purchased online.
1.2 To place a order Select the product(s), size and colour and add to your basket. You will then go through the checkout procedure, double check quantity, size and colour before entering your contact details, delivery and billing information. Then click "complete order " or "pay now" button.
1.3 The contract between you and us will only be formed and completed upon actual despatch of the goods to you (neither submitting an electronic order form, nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order). You may include any number of items within a single order, subject to any restrictions set out in these terms or on the website. Each order you place will be a separate contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person.
1.4 Once we have received confirmation that your payment has been authorised, a screen will appear thanking you for your order. You will be given an order reference and an e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge your order. It will confirm the goods, price and any delivery charge. You may print a copy of the order acknowledgment and e-mail and keep them for your records. Please note, our acceptance of your order will only take place on despatch of your order.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
2.1 We Provide Fitness activewear and clothing.
2.2 Descriptions of our products. The pictures of our products (and packaging) on our website and on our app are for illustrative purposes only. We work to ensure that colours are displayed accurately but we can’t guarantee that a device’s display of the colours exactly reflects those of our products. In addition to this patterns may differ due to materials and manufacturing process. (e.g. camo t shirt pattern may not be the same on every t shirt.)
2.3 We want to ensure your satisfaction and safety while using our products. Please note that we are not responsible for any reactions or allergies that may occur from wearing or using our items. For details on the materials used, please refer to the label or wash label.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices are delivery charges are as published on the website when we accept your order. Delivery Charges will be shown on the basket page. Any promotions on delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
3.2 We have the right to amend prices at anytime. If you placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you placed your order.
3.3 Promotional discount codes may have the following conditions, which will be stated within the communication:

- May only be used one time only.
3.4 We must receive payment for the goods and any delivery charges in full, cleared payment before they are despatched.
3.5 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, google pay and Apple Pay.
3.6 Your card provider may charge you for using your card. Please check the terms and conditions with your card provider carefully and in advance of submitting your payment details.
3.7 If we do not have sufficient stock of goods, We will notify you by e-mail and provide a revised timescale or offer a refund.
We will not be responsible for any compensation if the goods that you order are not available for any reason.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We strive to meet the delivery times outlined on our website, which refers to working weekdays. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as postal or courier issues, logistics challenges, or adverse weather conditions. In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you promptly by email.
4.2 We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for delivery, which will depend upon the carrier we use to deliver the goods. This may include leaving the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place in or around your property.
4.3 If the goods or quantity you receive do not match your order due to our error, please notify us by email as soon as you become aware of the issue. We will rectify any mistakes and reimburse you for any delivery costs incurred in returning the incorrect items. However, kindly ask that you contact us in advance to arrange your return. Please do not use any goods received in error that you intend to return.
4.4 If the goods you have ordered are out of stock then we will let you know by e-mail.
5. RETURNS
5.1 You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods. This is known as the "Cancellation Period". Exemptions are set out below.

The Goods must be returned unused and in good condition with the original packaging.
5.4 All products are quality checked. If you find there is a defect with a product we will inspect the item once returned and replace the product, or refund you for the cost of the item and any delivery charges if you wish. This is providing there is no accidental damage, deliberate damage, any signs of wear and tear or not following the correct product instructions.
5.5 Whenever you return goods to us, either because you believe they are faulty or because you change your mind, we ask that goods are returned to us by recorded delivery or courier so that you have proof of posting. We will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products (including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; and supplied with reasonable skill and care); and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
6.2 We are not responsible to you for loss or damage of a kind that we could not reasonably have foreseen, which results from you misusing the goods, or loss and/or damage as a result of wear or tear or otherwise from a good which is damaged after it was delivered to you.
6.3 We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
7. OUR RIGHTS IN THE GOODS
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the goods including all designs, trademarks, brand names, images and logos are and shall remain our property, or those of our licensors. At no time shall any rights, title or interest in the intellectual property rights pass to you.
8. OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.1 Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
8.2 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
8.3 The contract is subject to English law and both we and you agree that any dispute arising under or connected to it will be decided by the English courts.
8.4 We may amend these terms at any time and without notice to you. Any change will take effect immediately after being posted on the website and will be deemed to be accepted by any person who uses the website. Where you have already placed an order, the contract will remain subject to the version of the terms that were in place at the time when you placed your order.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
